The physical foamed truck body panel adopts a galvanized steel (or aluminium) | foamed-PE core | galvanized steel (or aluminium) sandwich structure. It is made of continual lamination under high temperature and pressure.The foamed-PE core is made by advanced physical nitrogen foaming technology. It doesn't contain any chemical foaming agent and is friendly to the environment. It can pass the RoHS testing.
PRODUCT FEATURES
LIGHT WEIGHT
The foam expansion rate of the foamed-PE core is around 50% . The material weight of unit volume is reduced half. It is good for the lightweight of the truck and also good for fuel saving. As the foamed truck body panel is thinner than the traditional truck body panel. The loading space will increase through replacing the traditional truck body panel with our foamed truck body panel.
HIGH RIGIDITY
The foamed truck body panel is the sandwich structure bonded with high strength steel on both sides. The rigidity of panel is very good.
THERMAL INSULATION
The foamed truck body panel gets good thermal insulation as there are dense bubbles in the foamed-PE core. It is one of the ideal body panel for the refrigerated trucks in the future.
EASY INSTALLATION
The innovative joining method has greatly improved the installation efficiency. The installation cost of truck body will be reduced by more than 30%.
ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY
